Mariano Ariel Corcilli is a former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant and is currently a trial attorney. He began his career in the courtroom as an Assistant State Attorney, where he successfully prosecuted criminals in both non-jury and jury trials. He has since advocated for and represented hundreds of clients, in both criminal and civil matters, both in and out of court. Mariano’s peers in the legal community voted him as one of Florida’s Legal Elite and a SuperLawyer Rising Star.

During his 8 years of service, Mariano led hundreds of Marines, was deployed numerous times overseas, and was awarded numerous medals, awards, and personal citations. Like most Marines, Mariano is proud of having earned the title “Marine.” Mariano’s continued sense of duty has led him to become the President and Founder of the Veterans Bar Association, where he advocates for and represents those who have served in our Armed Forces.

Mariano earned his Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida. While at the University of Florida, he was the Founder and President of the Collegiate Veterans Society. Mariano earned his law degree from The American University – Washington College of Law, where he was a Senior Staffer at the Administrative Law Review.

Furthermore, Mariano is a National Security Research Fellow at the Truman National Security Project, a national security and leadership development organization based in Washington, D.C. Mariano is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, the Disabled American Veterans, and a member of the Marine Corps League. He is also a member of the Miami Beach Bar Association, the Miami-Dade Bar Association, the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Florida Justice Association.
